Stewart Mainland

Stewart is originally from New Zealand but has previously lived in Australia for about 8 years. Stewart's Father and all his brother's are shearers so it seemed only natural that he would follow in their footsteps. He started off as a young boy crutching lambs, then made the step to shearing full time. Stewart has competed in a number of shearing shows and speed shearing competitions and has performed quite well. Stewart owns a small property back in New Zealand and when not shearing in Australia he travels back to his farm. Between shearing in Australia and farming in New Zealand Stewart finds he is keept busy throughout the entire year.
